Hunched over a Hot Keyboard

I've been crashing a deadline for some paying work the past 2 days. This work entails analysis of business processes for hospitals. I always learn interesting things when doing these...things like the cost of a "Prosthesis, Penile, Inflatable," which is approximately $9, 400.

In charting the business flows, there's a yes-no branch in the ER flow with the question "Is the patient awake/conscious?" This is so the registration office can get insurance information and make sure they get paid. I was told that the correct answer to the No branch was NOT "Go through their pockets and shake them upside down until some money falls out."

So I've changed it. Hopefully, this won't impact my chances of future work.
